Orders and Shipping
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, and shipping time varies based on your location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-21 business days.
You can create an account by clicking on the “My account” button at the top or bottom of our website. Simply provide your email address, create a password, and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
To change your shipping address, log in to your account and update your address in the “Shipping Address” section. If you have already placed an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible to update the shipping details before your order is processed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account and check the “Order History” section for real-time updates. It is also possible to check it on our shipping and tracking page to follow your shipment.
No, we do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted payment gateway to ensure your financial information remains protected.
We ship to most countries worldwide! You can check the list of available shipping destinations at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
In most cases, all items in your order will be shipped together in a single package. However, if your order contains multiple items that are shipped from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages.

We accept returns only for unworn and unused bracelets in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order details. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please contact our customer support with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide a photo of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you in getting a replacement or refund.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update your details. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes, and you may need to place a new order.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order is dispatched, we can no longer modify or cancel it.
At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, you can sign up for notifications on our website to be alerted when the item is back in stock.
